Richard and Rachael worked for us in 2013/14, cleaning and maintaining our holiday cottage in Mundesley, Norfolk.   They were strongly recommended by our next door neighbours, who also run a holiday let business.

Their standard of cleaning, and presentation, of the cottage was exceptional.   The organisation was also first class, with most communication by clear and simple e mails ; no having to chase or manage the ‘details’ on ourselves.   Invoicing was timely and concise, but with sufficiently detailed breakdown to be transparent.

In addition, we were able to call on RPC, sometimes at very short notice, to carry out tasks from toilet repairs, to window cleaning, to gardening duties, to handling WiFi installation with the minimum of fuss.   Pay rates for these ‘ad hoc’ works were very reasonable.

They even baked a variety of cakes, depending on size/age of holiday group, as part of our Welcome Pack !

In summary, RPC took away a lot of the day-to-day stresses and strains of running a holiday cottage that we had experienced previously, from using a person from the village ; the cost was marginally higher, but it was well worth it, to feel we had someone who was prepared to take responsibility for the property.

We would not hesitate to recommend RPC to any potential customer looking for cleaning and maintenance services.
